Alice's Retreat is located in the quiet sub-division of Clear Creek, a suburb of Clermont.
Description
The villa has been beautifully furnished to give a warm feel, which we like to think is a home from home for all of our guests.
The fully air conditioned accommodation comprises 5 bedrooms, two of which are master suites, making this an ideal property for friends and family to share, enhancing the experience.
Master suite one has a king size bed with TV, walk in closet, bathroom equipped with his and hers basins, toilet and walk in shower suitable for disabled use.
Master suite two has a queen size bed, TV/DVD, closet, bathroom with wash basin, toilet and shower.
Three further twin rooms with wardrobes, one with TV, and all sharing the main bathroom, which has basin, toilet and bath with shower over.
The lounge area has a flat screen HD cable TV and comfortable seating for relaxing after a busy day at the parks or sunbathing by the pool.
Our dining area is great for enjoying some home cooked food or sampling the local take-outs.
The kitchen has a further table and chairs plus breakfast bar and stools and is equipped with ceramic hob with large oven, dishwasher, microwave, garbage disposal, fridge freezer, with ice maker ideal for cold drinks by the pool.
We have a coffee maker, blender, kettle and tea pot (for those who can't manage without their English tea).
All crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are supplied.
In the garage there is a washing machine and tumble dryer with iron and ironing board to complete the laundry.

Local Amenities
Various supermarkets within 5 minutes of the house. Petrol station, post office, pizza delivery all located at the entrance to the estate along with an abundance of restaurants on the US27 and US192 to suit every taste and pocket. Not forgetting the Disney parks, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, water parks, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Busch Gardens to name but a few.
