Solana Villa is located on the north bound side of the US-27, between the US-192 and the I-4 – these are the two main routes to and from Disney’s Magic Kingdom, Sea World and Universal Studios theme parks, not to mention Wet 'n' Wild, Blizzard Beach and the new Aquatica water parks. Solana Villa is ideally placed for drivers who are new to US motoring as it's located on the clockwise direction of the US-27 with the flow traffic.
Within 3 minutes North on the US-27 there is Highlands Reserve Golf Club, Wal-mart and Publix (Supermarkets), Walgreen’s (24hr Pharmacy) Petrol and Banks. 5 minutes South on the US-27 you'll find a retail park with Target, JC Penney's and all types of shops to quench your retail needs. Bars and restaurants abound in both directions. Orlando International Airport is a mere 40 minutes away.

Relaxing in Executive comfort and luxury after a hectic day at the theme parks is the least our villa will provide for your dream holiday.
A fully air-conditioned single storey accommodation making it ideal for families of all ages, and there's no lugging heavy cases upstairs.
The Large private screened swimming pool becons you in for a dip, it has a child security fence for extra protection and the sun deck with it's table and padded chairs is ideal for 'bug free' outdoor dining and BBQ’s or just chill out and take in the sun on the padded sun loungers.
The family lounge and breakfast area features a 38” TV with 62 Cable channels, DVD player with a selection of DVDs, TV games and books. A breakfast table large enough for 6 people. From here you enter the fully equipped spacious kitchen, including a large fridge/freezer with ice maker, cooker, microwave and dishwasher. Fully stocked with all the crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans you'll ever need should you want to make a gastronomic delight. But don't forget that Mum is on holiday too.
The open plan kitchen leads to the front formal dining area and lounge making this a very spacious living area, ideal for quiate out of the way reading or just to get away from the TV.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed, and a king size dressed, cabel TV, DVD, en-suite facilities which include a large corner bath, separate double size shower cubicle, huge illuminated mirror, hair drier and a vast walk in wardrobe.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, drawers, cable TV and large double built-in wardrobe.
Bedrooms three and four have twin beds, drawers and built-in wardrobes.
The full second bathroom has a bath with over bath power shower another huge illuminated mirror, hair drier and large built-in cupboard.
All linen and towels are provided including pool towels.
The utility room has a large capacity washing machine, matching separate tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.
Through the utility room is the games room with an electronic dart board (using soft tipped darts for safety) Foosball (table top football) and a New 8' slate bed Pool table, ideal for adults and kids alike to enjoy.

Just a short stroll from the Villa, you'll discover the Solana Community Clubhouse. This is an ideal place to meet up with fellow guests, enjoy a coffee and plan your next day's excursion. The friendly staff will give you advice on local shopping, eating out and golf etc., as well as hiring out DVDs and games they can also supply theme park tickets. If it's your rest day from the theme parks, they even have a daily chaperoned 'kids events program' to keep them entertained and give you that 'me time' you deserve.
Relax in the elegant lounge and let the kids play in the adjoining games and arcade rooms. You can swim in the fabulous heated resort pool or sit in the spa. You can even relax under a cabana, all this in a trpoical palm tree clad atmosphere.
There's even a fully fitted gym for those who want to keep up with their fitness regime, and a wide screen television for social gatherings and events.

The Management Team is our son Gary and his wife Tina, not a faceless third party agency. They live only 20 minutes away and are there if you have any problems. If you need help or just advice, during office hours 0900-1800 Monday to Saturday they are just a free local call away.
