Our spacious holiday home is situated in the secluded residential development of Sabal Harbour, just 5 minutes drive off I-75. Beautifully landscaped and maintained, this private and luxurious community is ideally suited to a relaxing holiday. Guests can make use of a large, heated community pool, basketball courts, floodlit tennis and volleyball courts and a children’s play area only 5 minutes walk from the villa. Only 15 minutes drive to Anna Maria Island, Gulf Beaches, Sarasota City and Siesta Key. Tampa and Busch Gardens theme park are just 40 minutes away.
Description
The villa is large and airy with 2400 sq ft of fully air conditioned space plus ceiling fans throughout.
Luxury furnishings include all new wood or tiled floors -- contemporary styled, fully equipped with all new furniture, freshly decorated and a brand new 35 foot pool & spa. The surrounding gardens are large, attractive and well kept with a private nature preserve to the rear.
Master Bedroom 1
King sized bed, TV/DVD, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom with fully tiled shower, separate large oval bath, twin vanity units, hair-dryer and separate toilet.
Master Bedroom 2
Queen sized bed, double closet, ensuite bathroom with fully tiled shower, vanity unit, hair-dryer and toilet.

Each with twin beds and double closets.

The Kitchen is exceptionally well equipped with ‘Corian’ surfaces, a preparation island, refrigerator (ice maker and drink dispenser), stove, microwave, dishwasher and separate Utility room with washer, dryer and extra sink.
Cayo Villa has two lounge areas. The Family Room can comfortably sit 8 guests in front of a 47” TV with DVD/CD/Stereo and has doors to the lanai and pool deck (patio). There is also a Great Room which houses twin leather sofas, ideal for a quiet relaxing time.
There is a Games Room which has a full size pool table and a TV with computer games console along with internet access.
Our oversized pool is heated and private. It was completed in November 2005 and measures 35’ x 12’ with a spa that seats 6.
Facing south, the deck area is very generous and there are sun recliners to make use of the all day sunshine. The covered lanai provides shade. The patio furniture includes a substantial table and chairs for 8 to eat in comfort. Inflatable beds and pool toys are also supplied.
