'Pebblecreek Villa is situated at Clear Creek in Clermont, near to the Disney & Orlando Area.

The villa is located at the very rear of this quiet development in a quiet cul-de-sac backing on to a wooded conservation area. The suburb of Clermont is just off US-27, one mile north of the junction of US-192 and is only a 15 minute drive from Disney World Resort.

Although in a quiet conservation area, it is only minutes away from restaurants & shops and the large Wal-Mart located at Cagan Crossings. If you are looking for the thrill and excitement of the theme parks, yet want a peaceful location to relax each evening, then Pebblecreek Villa is perfect.

Description

Our beautiful privately owned villa 'Pebblecreek' is located at the development of Clear Creek, just 1 mile from the action packed US-192. Our executive villa is available for rent and is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac offering tranquility, backing onto a wooded conservation area. However it is only 14 minutes to Disney and handy for all the areas other attractions. If you are looking to Florida for Golf then there are 20 glorious courses within a 10 mile radius.

At the entrance to the development is a convenient shopping plazza with Winn Dixie Marketplace (Supermarket), bank, pizza delivery/takeaway and post office. A Wal-Mart has opened within a mile and a half of the villa on US-27 just before the junction of the US-192 and also has a Chillis restaurant, Burger King, KFC & others near by. On the Cagan Crossings shopping plazza opposite is a great range of Chinese restautants, Sports Bar, Ice Cream and other great places to try.

The accommodation is furnished to a very high standard and features 4 bedrooms, 2 of which are master ensuite.

Master bedroom 1 has a king bed, TV and walk-in closet, with access to the pool area from the en-suite bathroom. There is a PC with FREE internet access.

Master bedroom 2 is also en-suite and features a queen bed and TV.

Bedroom three features twin beds TV etc.

Bedroom four is themed with children in mind has a futon bunk and single bed plus TV/DVD ideal to sleep 3 or 4 younger ones - bedrooms three and four share the third bathroom.

We can actually accommodate up to 10 guests and there is a double sleeper sofa in the lounge.

There are two beautiful living areas comprising of a very well appointed lounge featuring the sleeper sofa and a formal dining area. The second is a family room complete with cable TV, DVD and VCR, overlooking the sparkling 30 x 14 screened pool. The pool area features a deck with ample patio furniture for you to unwind after a hectic day at those theme parks.

The pool, with optional electric heating on request at additional cost, is not overlooked to the rear as the villa backs onto conservation land.

Nothing has been forgotten in this 1935 sq. ft. villa. The luxury fully fitted kitchen has a breakfast bar and features a large oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, fridge/freezer with ice maker plus all utensils and crockery for up to ten guests. The separate utility room houses a washer, dryer and ironing facilities. All linen is provided, just turn up with your clothes!!!

In the garage is a games area with table tennis, bar football (foosball) and electronic darts.

Dec 30th - Jan 5th 08 - We had a wonderful time at your home in Florida. It is beautiful and had plenty of room for all of us. It is decorated beautifully and has everything anyone would want. 'Pebblecreek Villa' is ideally located for all the areas theme parks and the other major attractions within central Florida.

Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Islands of Adventure, International Drive, Busch Gardens & Cape Canaveral plus many other attractions that are too numerous to mention are only a short drive away. There are also many shopping opportunities within easy reach with a number of countless shopping malls and designer outlet stores. Just 2 minutes drive away is a big Wal-Mart and Winn Dixie supermarket, a post office, petrol stations, hairdresser, pharmacy, bank and pizza delivery.

The Gulf Coast is just an hour or so drive to the west, with the beaches of Clearwater and St Petersburg. 
Most sports can be found within a short drive of the villa. For all golfers we have 20 golf courses within 10 miles of the property and if fishing is your forte, you will be spoilt for choice. There are numerous lakes and within a 2 minute walk of the villa is a pond full of fish, great for the novice.

Cagan Crossings close by offers a pub style atmosphere in Gators Dockside and there is a Chinese, Indian and even a gym if you are keen on keeping up your fitness.
