Lindfields estate is a quiet residential area, which backs on to conservation land where we are always looking out for the local wildlife, yet despite being so peaceful it is close to all the wonderful attractions that Orlando has to offer. Disney and all it attractions is just a five mile drive away.

Description

This splendid luxury villa is fully air conditioned and is furnished throughout to a very high standard. It has four double bedrooms and can sleep up to 10 people if the sofa bed is used.

On entering the front door you walk into a large lounge area with vaulted ceiling, it has two comfortable leather sofas, Cable TV, Video & DVD Player and Play Station. There are patio doors leading to the pool area.

The villa has a separate formal Dining Room with glass dining table and six chairs.

The Chinese room (as we call it) is a lovely lounge with no television in, which is very relaxing for a quiet read or a sociable chat with a glass of wine or a cold beer or two. Also the sofa pulls down into a double bed.

The Master Bedroom is a large room with king sized bed, cable television, ceiling fan and large walk in wardrobe. The en suite bathroom has two washbasins, Roman tub, large separate shower, toilet and door leading to the pool area.

Bedroom 1 is a twin bedded room with small chest of drawers large built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space.

Bedroom 2 is another twin bedded room also with a small chest of drawers and large built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and ceiling fan.

Bedroom 3 has a queen size bed 2 small chests of drawers and large built in wardrobe with plenty of hanging space and ceiling fan.

The Main Bathroom has a bath with shower, two washbasins toilet and towels for inside and for outside use. It also has a convenient door leading out to the pool area.

The Kitchen is fully equipped with all modern appliances and cooking utensils and also has a seating area which is light and pleasant to sit in and enjoy any food you wish to prepare.

The villa has a fully equipped laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board.

The private swimming pool and patio area is completely screened and the pool can be heated if required at an extra cost. It is fully equipped with sun loungers, patio table and chairs and also has a shaded area if you need to get out of the sun.



Also included in the use of the villa are board games, DVDs, videos, CDs and books which are free for you to enjoy during your stay. The double garage is to be turned into games room which should be ready for 2008

Local Amenities

The Villa is only a 5mile drive to the many Disney attractions along Interstate 4, which takes you to Universal Studios, Sea World and Discovery Cove where you are able to swim with the dolphins. Highway 27 is also nearby and will take you to the Gulf Coast and many glorious beaches.
