Our villa is located on Indian Ridge which is about 3 miles south of Highway 192, and 10 minutes drive from the entrance of DisneyWorld.
Villas on Indian Ridge are all set on large plots, which creates a relaxing atmosphere and affords greater natural privacy.
Indian Ridge is ideally positioned for access to all the theme parks in the Orlando area, including Disney, Universal and Sea World.
On nearby Highway 192 there is a large selection of shops and restaurants.
Description
Our aim is to make your stay at our Florida villa as comfortable as possible and to provide you with all you could possibly need whilst there, so that you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday in Florida. Our villa is fully furnished to a high standard and can sleep up to 8/9 people. The master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, a king-size bed and a TV with DVD player. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and TV with DVD player. There are two further bedrooms, one has twin beds and the other has a bunk bed comprising of a lower double bed and upper single bed.
In the family room there is a TV, DVD, computer with highspeed internet access, stereo system and an Xbox games console. DVD's and Xbox games are provided along with other traditional games for younger children.
We also have a separate lounge area and dining area.
The kitchen is fitted complete with all modern appliances, including a large fridge/freezer which dispenses ice and filtered water.
Our large 33ft pool is wonderful for swimming in. It is set in a spacious enclosed sun deck, fully screened and equipped with sunloungers and table and chairs, ideal for outdoor dining.
The villa comes complete with all linens and towels - including pool towels.
All telephone calls are free - local, national and international.
A crib, high chair and personal safe are all provided free of charge.

Discounts for bookings of three weeks or more.

Local Amenities
All the Disney theme parks are within easy reach - Disney Main Gate being less than four miles from the villa. Universal Studios and Sea World and all the main Orlando attractions are within easy reach.
A little further afield are Daytona and Cocoa beaches and the Kennedy Space Centre, which many regard as a "must visit", these are all about an hour's drive away.
For visitors wanting to shop there are many factory and designer outlet stores all within easy reach.
Clearwater and St.Petersburgh also make a comfortable day out.
And, don't forget the golf...there are load's of courses nearby
