Spring Hill Villa is located about 45 miles north of Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens and Clearwater beaches. Beautifully furnished, with a lovely elegant dining area, the villa is situated in a peaceful residential area. Pine Island beach is just a 15 minute drive. Weeki Wachee Water Park is 10 minutes away. Numerous golf courses available in the local area and homasassee wild life park is 20 miles north on the 19.
